AUCKLAND: Christmas Function
Howick/Pak Netball Centre $5.
The usual 25 door prizes based on your ticket number,
variety of Tai Chi demos with weapons etc and a cuppa/snack.
Tickets available from your teacher.
(Tea and Coffee provided, please bring a small plate)

27th Aug (Sat): 4pm
AUCKLAND: Club Training/Movie Evening
Free Push Hands Training (4-6pm) followed by shared meal and videos/movie.
(we will provide pizza, members welcome to bring the sides/desert/drink)

3rd July (Sun): 12pm
AUCKLAND: Club Mid Winter Lunch
Thai Flame restaurant (East Tamaki).
We have got a good deal ($19 pp), very popular last time we did this.
Bar is open as well (serves Port too!)

AUCKLAND: World Tai Chi Day
Mass demonstration of Tai Chi.
At 10am NZ kicks off this wave of healing energy that dominos around the world.
Planned for Barry Curtis Park (Temple side), joined by 3 other clubs.
Retire to Temple for early lunch (hopefully discounted for attendees).

AUCKLAND: PUSH HANDS
Intensive session, Malisa's place.
Chapel Rd. Temple for vegetarian lunch afterwards.

26th Feb (Sat Night): 6.30pm
CLUB SUMMER MOVIE/SUPPER NIGHT
Malisa's place - come around the side to the deck. Bring a small plate. Drinks provided.
We'll show some video of recent club events including some of the Push Hands
training with Master Pan in Shanghai. Movie "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" or similar.

18th Feb (Fri): approx 6pm
AUCKLAND CENTRAL: LANTERN FESTIVAL DEMOS (Albert Park)
An excellent show case of Auckland's Martiasl Art talent between 6pm and sunset.
As usual we will have a 20 min slot for Club demos.
Please liaise with Malisa if you wish to take part (silk uniforms required)


AUCKLAND: ROSE GARDIN FESTIVAL (Parnell)
The club is demoning two ten-minute slots at the staged area.
This is a great fun day and last year performaces were very well received.

AUCKLAND: OLD FRAME ONE INTENSIVE WORKSHOP (Part I)
Where: Howick/Pak Netball Centre (Lloyd Elsmore Park)
Suitability: for all member skill levels
Content: Praxis (principles explained in action) of grounding,
equilibrium in movement and how to self-check - each step scrutinised.
(1hr lunch break byo (shops/restaurants nearby)
- coffee/tea/biscuits supplied)
